Harrow Green Party AGM

All Harrow Green Party members are invited to attend our AGM on Weds 2nd Sept, 7pm.

We will be making amendments to the constitution and voting members in to officer roles to form an 'Executive Committee':

1. Presentation of a report of work which has been carried out over the year
2. Presentation of the accounts for approval by the meeting
3. Consideration of any amendments to Harrow Green Party’s constitution
4. Election of new officers
   1. Local Party Contact
   2. Coordinator
   3. Treasurer
   4. Election Agent
   5. Additional roles (not essential):  Website / Election campaigns officer / Press officer / Secretary / Public enquiry recipient / Party contact / New members contact
5. Reviewing strategy and setting goals for the following year and beyond
6. Any other business on the agenda, including any motions for consideration

 

We will return to our normal meetings on Wednesday October 7th, where all members, guests or anyone who wants to get invovled are welcome.
